WE'RE #2... WE'RE #2!!

Well, we may not have won the latest touch rugby tournament, but we are very proud of how we played and we had a great time. The tournament was in Takashima. It was the A-JET tournament and the biggest one of the year. It was two days of playing rugby and boy were we feeling it by the second day (at least I was!). We did not get scored on once the whole first day, so our confidence was very high coming into the second day of the tournament. We won our first game, but lost our second, and we all thought we were out of the tournament at that point... but then found out we were still in it!!! We ended up losing the final game, but it was sure fun! Here's some pictures of us goofing/lounging around between games. Now, Keita may look a little whiney in his picture, but he is actually a pretty touch guy. During the last game he fell and when he got up his pinky was pointing in the wrong direction! He actually snapped the thing back in place by himself (yeeesh!).
