Downtown Hiroshima was having the Ebisuko Festival. I guess it's a time when businessmen are supposed to have good luck with their investments or if they are taking a business risk it is a good time. Anyway, we just saw booths and booths of food. Here we are eating Okonomiyaki on a stick. We're planning on heading to Miyajima tomorrow afternoon and we're having a Thanksgiving celebration Tuesday so there will be more pictures to come.

YUMMMMM! That looks SO good, whatever the heck it is! You guys look so happy and full of life. How cold is it there? Phil, I'll bet you are regretting all of the bad talk of heat and humidity...

It's not too bad right now, but it's definately coat and gloves time. Okonomiyaki is a famous Hiroshima dish and it's usually served flat on a plate so it's pretty funny to eat it off of a stick! By the way, when I first saw your picture here, I thought it was Jake, and I was thinking "that's not Rebekah!" then I got a closer look:) Miss you guys!
