We went to a cooking class today and learned how to make gyoza. It's one of my favorite foods so I'm glad to know how to make it. Phil looks a little scary in this picture, but I promise he's harmless.

You went to a gyoza class? That is so great. Who taught the class? You'll have to make some for guests who come to visit, I suppose.
The lady who taught us is a home ec. teacher at another JET's school. It was really fun.
