Here is the damage that one tanuki can do if it smells bread in a plastic bag, in your backpack, in your tent. It wasn't pretty. We are convinced that our beloved Snooky was distracting us, while its friend got the goods. When we found it, the tanuki was dragging my backpack out of the tent.
