Well typhoon season has officially begun. We've been caught in three downpours now and everytime we promise ourselves we'll never leave home without an umbrella again. When will we ever learn? This time we had to ride our bikes home from downtown. We were able to buy these ponchos from the 100 yen store, but they really didn't do much good.

I miss the hyaku-en store. What other treasures can you find there?
I bought a really cute hanko case that says "my best friends" and has a picture of a duck on the front. We buy everything from towels to school supplies. I like all the stationary there too.
